MAINTENANCE

Initial Washing & Maintenance

Before using any elements of your set, rub them well with the Breizen Cleaning Detergent. Rinse carefully with hot water then dry the elements with a smooth cloth. Always wash as mentioned here.

You may find white stains inside the cooking ware that do not disappear by normal washing. These are caused by excessively calcareous water; however, they can easily be eliminated with a few drops of lemon or vinegar.

You can also eliminate the bluish stains, caused by excessive overheating, by using a special product for cleaning steel. At any rate, the above-mentioned events do not compromise the functionality of each element. All units can be washed in the washing machine.

It is advisable not to add salt to water when it is cold, but just when it is boiling or better yet, when the cooking is done.

Technical Rules

All pots and saucepans can be used on the most common heat sources. For a proper use, prevent the flame from extending beyond the edge of the pot and do not place the pot on an electric hotplate that has a diameter larger than the pot.
